This group is designed for those who want to build resilience and find steadiness during times of stress, change, or uncertainty. Through guided mindfulness practices, gentle reflection, and supportive discussion, participants will learn practical tools to regulate the nervous system, increase emotional awareness, and cultivate greater presence in daily life.
This group offers a compassionate space to slow down, connect with others, and strengthen your capacity to navigate life with more clarity and calm.
