Supporting Adults, Adolescents & Pre-teens ages 11 and older
Much of my work centers around supporting individuals who are navigating the impacts of trauma. These experiences can affect how we see ourselves, how safe we feel in the world, and how we connect with others. In therapy, I strive to create a space where these struggles can be explored with compassion, curiosity, and care.
Trauma can live not only in our memories, but also in our bodies, relationships, and nervous systems. Together, we can gently explore these experiences at a pace that feels safe, working toward greater understanding, regulation, and healing.
I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, which can often feel isolating or overwhelming. Whether anxiety shows up as constant worry, difficulty slowing the mind, or feeling stuck in cycles of fear, or depression brings feelings of heaviness, disconnection, or loss of motivation, therapy can offer a space to better understand these patterns and begin creating new ways of relating to them.
My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and peaceful.
